The Why

The Genesis Fund was born with this conviction: what God puts in our hands is not only for return, but for eternal impact.
When you invest here, you’re doing two things at once:
Creating financial growth for your family and future. Every dollar invested is stewarded with discipline and strategy, aiming for stable returns and long-term multiplication.
Advancing the Gospel through UPCI mission works. A portion of the Fund’s profits will be directed to support Kingdom projects — churches planted, missionaries sustained, leaders trained, and communities reached in the name of Jesus.
This dual mandate is what makes the Genesis Fund unique. It isn’t charity disguised as investment. It isn’t investment stripped of Kingdom purpose. It is both: strong stewardship + apostolic vision.

Request Offering Documents
Receive the Private Placement Memorandum, Subscription Agreement, and Limited Partnership Agreement. These documents outline the structure, terms, and expectations of the Fund.
Pray and Confirm Your Commitment

Complete the Subscription

Receive Confirmation
Once reviewed and processed, you will be officially admitted as a Limited Partner and notified by the General Partner.
